UK Shipping

All items are sent out via Royal Mail on a 2nd Class Signed delivery as standard, however stickers and single pins are shipped on a standard 2nd Class as they can be popped through the letter box. First class delivery is available at an additional cost which will be worked out at checkout stage. You’ll only pay for the largest item within your order. As a standard I don’t send out tracking numbers automatically but if you’d like one just get in touch via email and I’ll be happy to get one over to you. Most 2nd Class UK orders take around 3-5 working days to be delivered once they have been packed and shipped. 1st Class shipping takes around 1-2 working days for delivery from when the order is packed and shipped.

Missed Parcels

Royal Mail is the preferred courier. If you’re not in to sign for your parcel, the postman will leave a card to let you know you’ve missed it. With the info on the card you’ll be able to rearrange a delivery or collect from your local Post office or depot. If you fail to collect your parcel within 16 working days, they will return the parcel to me. On the return of the parcel I will contact you and arrange a redelivery for you.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’d like to return an item just send me an email within 14 days of receiving it, then pop it back in the post to the following address:

Please include a note inside the package with your full name, order number and a brief explanation whether you’d like an exchange or refund. If you’re returning an item for a refund, any free items that were included in your original order must also be returned otherwise this will reflect on the amount you are refunded. Postage prices cannot be refunded unless I made an error with your original order.
